Karate is Harmony, is Spirit, and is every part of our Body, our Mind… Some people just can see 50% of the hall thing and some people just can’t see, Karate is feeling, “ Real Karate is when everybody can feel you before they can see you and can’t forget you even when you leave” , that’s real Karate, means that your Spirit is very Strong and give power to your body. Uechi Ryu World Cup try to help people to be together and if you are together, create strong energy that will connect with the Universe and then you complete the tree conflicts that Uechi Ryu express in Sanchin Kata, Body, Spirit, Universe.
